Ok, well I have already stated that’s now how I used it.But it's commonly used by a**holes to describe people with special needs.
his avoidance of the slang use of that term, and insistence on falling back on verb use is pitiful. Whether it was intentional (which I believe it was), or not. It is as socially unacceptable to use, ergo as offensive as racial slurs. As a father of child with autism, anyone who is using the R word to describe Will Levis just because he pisn't good enough at football for you, can get f*cked
The guy has a child whom they love with autisim. I know of a good friend who has had to raise a son the same and can't communicate verbally with his child. I have heard for years to call someone a retard is very offensive. Who cares what you can google or not to support a weak at best argument. How about trying to be a dang compassionate human being for once and just apologize for using the word. Grow up and be a mature adult and I pray you and your family do not ever have to walk in the same shoes as he has. Sometimes it is wise to just say I am sorry. You are wrong to even apologizing the way you did it. Try to be mature for once.Ok, well I have already stated that’s now how I used it.
I have posted screenshots of the difference in definitions. There is a distinct difference between the two
I apologize for you interpreting it the wrong way based on your past
I’m using the NOUN not the verb. They’re not the same. The dictionary, that you yourself decided to call me out on, doesn’t even agree with you. Anyway next topic.
