His anti-government rants on youtube, the fact that the feds are investigating his connection to right wing fringe groups like American Renaissance, his anti-immigration rants, the fact that he targeted a Democratic Congresswoman... etc.

Small Federal Government. One like the founding fathers wanted.

Representation of the people and not self-motivated representation

Less spending

No Government Healthcare.

Welfare for wounded vets, the elderly only. Or as temporary help. Not for those too lazy to feed themselves

When Roll ruled the case could go forward, U.S. Marshal David Gonzales said in 2009 that talk-radio shows cranked up the controversy and spurred audiences into making threats.

In one afternoon, Roll logged more than 200 phone calls. Callers threatened the judge and his family. They posted personal information about Roll online.

At the end of the month, Roll said four key men had been identified as threat makers.

and they found who was behind the threats right? Calling to voice displeasure is fine (even by the judge's own admission) but ones who go past that should be prosecuted (and were in this case).

If there is a political motive, I bet we never find out. If he's going to try the insanity route, I'm sure his attorney is directing him not to discuss motive since that would indicate that he was capable of coherent thought.

You know right-winger and Republican aren't synonymous, right? Is this a difficult concept?

American Ren. is a right wing group. They're also racist. They're a FRINGE group. Again, I'm not saying everyone on the right is racist. I'm not saying they're representative of all conservatives. But, they come from the right fringe... I don't know how you can dispute that. The left has fringe organizations as well.
