But he didn't take the vaccine and it wasn't because of religious or medical reasons. So he believed he had the right to endanger other people with the potential to catch and transmit the disease. Nature had other ideas and now he is dead when he could have been alive since it is my understanding that there still has not been a fatality from COVID of someone who had both shots. His choice. He got his result. No sadness here.

What blows my mind is the people that are so 100% against the vaccine because it's from the government and that means 'SATAN" but they'll glad start shooting horse medicine left and right and every other "cure' suggested by some quack or blowhard on social media.

Seriously, it's mind blowing the level of stupid.

Less than 2000 fully vaccinated have died of Covid. They are overwhelmingly older or higher risk, but the number isn't zero.

Most likely it’s another overblown, injecting bleach liberal media, hype story.

So in reading on viral vector it sounds a tad more concerning. Not bad just concerning to understand. It is indeed DNA based instead of messenger RNA. There are all kinds of assurances that the DNA cannot survive after it delivers the protein production programming but I think I finally understand where the “it modifies your DNA!” fear talk was coming from. Reporting the bad stuff is the nature of TV News.

Has it made some people overly-scared, worried that Lily might die if someone in her class doesn't wear a mask? Yes, Lily will probably be OK.

But the virus will be dangerous for some people, and we should all be taking common-sense precautions to prevent its spread to the vulnerable.

Even worse, he replied to a comment on this post: "I won't be getting [the vaccine.] Why? Because I have full immunity."

That he believed that is tragic.
