Roe vs Wade Overturned

The tyrannical part I agree with but one central government can work and does work in nearly every other country .

Define works? In almost every instance of centralized government the government becomes tyrannical and oppresses their citizens. In just the last 2 years we have seen it happen all over Europe, Asia and Australia. Sure, in some small countries the size and population of a medium sized US state it can work but never in a large diverse nation such as the US.

Australia, Germany , France , Spain and all of the United Kingdom have centralized government . Honestly more of top country’s use centralized government then anything else

U could agree even the United States was a more centralized government style about 10 years ago . I could be wrong on this but I believe the legalization of marijuana in certain states was really the start of states having big control in major topics

And everyone of your examples trampled over their citizenry during the past 2 years. All have stripped numerous natural rights from it's citizens over the last few decades and all are nothing more than beggar states to the US.

u lost me here . Most if not all of those country’s are considered ( Better ) then the United States for there citizens

Decentralizing government will create more corruption. 50x more.

How? State and local governments are 50x more accountable to their citizens than our federal government is. It's much easier to unseat state reps and senators than US house and senate members.

The problem has been that too many people look to the federal government for solutions and ignore local and state elections. Pushing the majority of governance back to the states will force people to pay more attention locally since what happens in the state house will have much more effect on their daily lives than what happens in DC.

I think that since the Lincoln abomination our federal government has amassed more power and authority than it was ever intended to have. Hopefully with these ruling that trend will change.

Disagree. State governments are more subject to the whims of the citizenry than federal government.

The federal government, congress and the WH should have minimal affect on the daily lives of US citizens. The fact is who represents you in your state house and governors office should be of primary concern to us instead of who is in DC.

Those lovely charts that rate how happy the citizens are based on the quality of life

I like it when others are happy where they are with their system . It’s just shows that they are willing to give up whatever for that system . In the same breath I like the fact that we have basic , simple , things like free speech without fear of a government being able to tax or fine me for hurting someone’s feelers . You can’t have a big central government without giving up some freedoms .. they go hand in hand

The actual "start of states having big control in major topics" was the Revolution and came together with the drafting of the Constitution. People fail to realize that was the case up until the Civil War and Lincoln.
