If the dems pick a person with zero character to fill that role, it will certainly be a horrible statement on the dem. party.

The DNC sold nothing (no need to repeat this debate) and Bloomberg has not received the nomination.
The one irrefutable truth is that the repubs. chose Trump from a field of 17 as the one they wanted to lead the party, and still continue to support him. That is going to be one increasingly stinky albatross.
