I was in a drive through getting some Chikfila at about 12:30 central time in nashville. I was either listening to 104.5 or 102.5. I think 102.5.

I don't listen to these stations very often (maybe 5 times in my entire life) and not sure who was on some forth. But that is the time I was listening. They were also talking about Rogers bother at Vandy and how he's had more wins than Cutler but won't go to the NFL. Said the guy at Seattle is only 5'11 and has more of an arm blah blah blah.

Also talked about the BS call to let the clock run out by Dooley.

I swear to God he said this. Said it's his only chance because we can't lose to Kentucky no matter how hard we try. Bray would have to throw 6 picks etc.

The same group said that Tyler might throw six interceptions against Kentucky and all six would be returned for touchdowns.

But, according to you:

There are people in the media that believe Bray will shut it down against Vandy so he doesn't have to go to a low end bowl. The people who say this state he just wants his career here to end, along with a few others, and losing to Vandy seals him not having to see Dooley past the Kentucky game.

Clay was saying that Kentucky is so bad, that we wouldn't even lose to them if Tyler throws sow interceptions that are all returned for touchdowns.

Therefore, the vols "only chance", to get out of going to a low tier bowl is to lose to vandy

Yes, they said he would need to lose against Vandy to end his season because he won't be able to lose to Kentucky. They did not mention his draft stock other than the fact they think all 3 are gone no matter what.

Said only chance to keep them is to hire strong (one example they gave) and to keep chaney, graham, pittman and fire everyone else. Said this might keep the three from going.


But yes they said he may very well check out again like he did against Kentucky last year....which he did...and that clearly didnt hurt his draft stock....nor has it hurt Hunters even though he cashed in this season 8 games ago,

That's not what the OP is about. The original post is stating media persons believe we have players on the Tennessee team who will shut down and refuse to play. Players who will intentionally lose. (Players that are potentially draftable) That's what I'm trying to clarify.
