They're predicting strong storms this weekend, especially Sunday. Possibility of large hail and even tornadoes.

"Hide yo kids, hide yo wife!" :)

This.

Tornado warning for La Follette until 4:45pm. The cell is heading south east, if it doesn't die out it looks to head towards Morristown.

Tornado Warning for Grainger, Greene, Hawkins, Scott, Union, Campbell, Claiborne counties.

Visible debris ball on radar.

Next immediate target is Sharps Chapel.

Got a NWS tornado warning on my phone for tri-cities. First time I've ever seen that. Pretty crazy.

News is showing golf ball size hail.

Hope everyone is ok out there, the first part missed me up here. Looks like this next set of thunder storms is gonna be right on top of us at 7:08 according to WJHL not much rotation just hope there's no hail with it

Everybody stay safe over there. Got some storms starting to build back to West of us here but nothing bad yet.

I took my two kids down to the crawl space. Wife was at work in a skilled nursing facility. They had to move all the patients out of their rooms to the gym.

I couldn't count how many grade school friends of mine grew up in the Oak Grove area where they reported one tornado. Been seeing lots of footage of the damage on facebook and from texts. I hate being away from home when bad things happen to my family/friends. Stay safe everyone.

Didn't harm anything of ours, thankfully. Several homes damaged or destroyed pretty close to us though. From the path of destruction it looked as if it must have just missed here.

It's right on top of me right now. Just started and the weirdest thunder I've ever heard. Sounds like artillery. I expect to lose power anytime. No hail, just heavy rain, thunder and lightening.

I am at the Embassy Suites on Park Side Drive and we lost power twice. It was ugly heading our way from Oak Ridge. This is my first day in Knoxville for work and this makes me feel like I am back home.

We hunkered in the basement for about 5 to 10 minutes out here near Farragut. Lots of wind, rain, small hail but nothing horrible.
