Where's the drawn line for policing what people put in their own bodies? Portugal hasn't descended into chaos since legalizing things as hard as, I don't know, heroin.

I am discussing political reality only right now, not ideology. Until libertarianism lose the drug loving label, they will never win elections. Pragmatism only here. And fentanyl is seen by 99.9% of the populace as something that has no place in society.

The libertarians aren't losing elections over their stance on drugs. They are losing elections because they choose **** candidates, have crap party leadership and don't have a coherent message.

Americans want security over liberty. Every terrible decision we have made for several decades has been to protect us from some boogie man that only Uncle Sam can save us from. I have been guilty of it myself. Our Government is quite good at manipulation.

They are dying in HUGE numbers from ingestion. Nice try with goal shifting by seizing on skin contact, which was just an example of its lethality. But I wasn’t born yesterday.
If you espouse legalization of fentanyl, you are worse than foolish.
