Seriously, what can the GOP state legislature do about the economy? Do they decide to spend 1.7 trillion? Send over 150 Billion to Ukraine? Control the federal reserve printing presses? Please enlighten us as to what steps the Tennessee Legislature could take to stop Biden’s runaway inflation and the destruction of my 401k?
I am discussing political reality only right now, not ideology. Until libertarianism lose the drug loving label, they will never win elections. Pragmatism only here. And fentanyl is seen by 99.9% of the populace as something that has no place in society.
They are allowed if a parent is with them.We do make it to where children are not allowed to be in attendance of R rated shows,No? As far as prosecuting someone, did I say they should be?
As should this as well. Having someone in drag reading or even dancing isn’t the problem. Putting children in the position of watching provocative shows with adults dressed in lingerie is.Right, it takes them being accompanied by an adult BUT there is no law covering this. The movie rating system and it’s enforcement is a voluntary program completely outside of .gov regulations.
And that is cool. Parents should be making the decision for their kids. However a theater doesn’t get to choose the rating. A “rating“ is the way to go so that parents can decide what is appropriate for their child. They are allowed if a parent is with them.
Motion Picture Ratings).
Edit: Didn't say you called for the prosecution of anybody, but the law that is the subject of this thread does.

I’d say more than 99% of live shows, drag or whatever you can find reviews online so there isn’t really an excuse for not knowing what you’re going to see. Not to mention, if you’re planning on taking your kids to a drag show without checking the reviews for appropriateness you’re an idiot that wouldn’t pay attention to the rating anyway. Not do I. I believe there should be a rating so that people can make an informed decision.
