I think everybody is waiting to see games like UGA/TX and TN/OK just to get an idea of where everybody is. It's like mid-season bowl games.

Folks, take my advice. Cram a big ol' binkie in that fool's mouth and let's get on with Kent State. Don't worry. You know how babies can be. It'll still be whining next week if you need another hit of his nonsense.

(Disclaimer - I completely understand wanting to play with simple folk, so you know, if you just gotta I guess ... )

Really looking forward to it. Still dunno how I feel about expansion, but it does seem to make the regular season feel like Christmas

You know the answer…fake confusion guy. Only top Heisman candidate to finish second to a candidate with inferior stats AND a losing record (Johnny Majors). And another to lose to a primarily defensive player (Peyton Manning). One of yours is a gimp (Jason White) who wasn’t even the second best player on your team. It’s ok to pretend the voters are on the up and up, but in a cognizant moment you know Geno Torretta happens with that sham award. Using how many people use it to garner free drinks to fuel their alcoholism is your own self delusion when we’re programs in the HERE AND NOW. 😏

I think i figured out a way to solve this dispute. Lets say OU is setting in 4th place in the sec after this season with 3 losses. It is between them and a 2 loss big 12 or acc team as to who gets the last spot in the playoffs.

Would the ou posters on this thread not, at that point, use the FACT that their schedule was significantly harder than the acc and big 12 team, and sing the praises of the sec in order to get the final spot?

Well Tennessee all time 2-6 vs Big 12 you’d be right there at the bottom of the Big 12. Being a bottom feeder always sucks.
