No it's not, and the fact that you think that puts your views in perspective. I think I can consider myself an American nationalist. Not a racist.
Hanging a Mexican flag isn't celebrating Mexican culture, it's endorsing Mexican national pride.My views are I don't think we should force our culture on someone else or refuse to let others celebrate theirs.
