Clearly the beer goggles and Dr. Seuss hat indicate she is very seriously celebrating the nation of Ireland. And I assume she is a principal and later hung that flag prominently in her school.
doesn't matter... there's another flag on public soil paid by tax payers... where's the outrage??? Just slowly crawl back into your hole on this issue

Gee. Those two guys on the left are holding a pretty familiar banner.

Public soil? You think we are suggesting outlawing the possession of anything other than Old Glory?

Taxes that are also paid by legal Mexican-Americans. If they flew the flag on the flag pole out in front of the school, I would have a problem with it. I see no need for a gripe when it is just recognizing a Mexican holiday.

lets see, i've given three examples of places where tax-payer dollars are seen with other flags other than the United States' flag, all related to Ireland.

Where was the outrage?

Yes there is.

One the school is taking the responsibility on.
The other is the student taking it.

There is a difference.
and where did i say the school shouldn't take responsibility over what flag is hung in their school? both situations, have the school administrators being active.

I'm sure some percentage of the taxes my parents have spent over the years have helped fund things here in Ohio. Does that mean I should hoist the Indian flag over the State House on the Indian Independence day?

No one said Mexicans couldn't celebrate culture. I just think it's stupid for any school to hang another countries flag.

It was inside the school.

So do you think it is stupid when a foreign language teacher hangs another flag in their room or in front of their room?

Man, they're wrong on this issue. Your Irish holiday example just gave fuel for the fire. I've given three pictures with Irish flags displayed on tax paid grounds.
Two of the examples are inherently stupid, and kpt seems to have shredded your third.

how were they stupid... People started to complain that when tax payer dollars are involved, only the US flag should be around.

Parades involve tax payer dollars. The streets they're on involve tax-payer dollars.

There's no difference with the mexican flag at a school or an Irish flag at a parade. He didn't shred anything apart with the third example. It was on AMERICAN soil in open view for everybody to see with a mayor symbol in front of the picture, yet there was no outrage??? Just makes you wonder sometimes

I'm smelling more hypocrisy on here!
