Yep, played with fire one too many times. Honestly should have pulled him after 7 but definitely after 8. They are riding with this dude win or lose lol

Apparently, WVU really hurting in the bullpen, too many injuries. Guess thats why coach left him in, but 140 pitches, that’s crazy.

It’s a shame that bad coaching is probably going to cost WVU this game and quite possibly a spot in Omaha. We’ve seen it a lot this tournament. Corbin, DVH, Jay Johnson all made questionable decisions in their regional too.

You'd think if you're bullpen was thin you wouldn't want to destroy your best pitchers arm in game 1 of a 3 game series. Especially with a 2 run lead in the 8th.

Don't think it will matter anyway, they wouldn't make much noise in the CWS being so thin on arms.
