I thought it was good not great and liked the Snyder version of Wonderwoman. I think it's definitely worth seeing and I'm not exactly sure where all of the critic hate is coming from. This movie would have been great to me if
They hadn't hinted at Superman's resurrection at the end. They spent so long being like "he's dead" the last 10 minutes over and over and then undid it in the last 5 seconds. I know in the comics he is killed by Doomsday and then resurrected and obviously he is going to be in the justice league movie, but I think the dark ending would have fit the tone of this movie perfectly.

...considering that it included the top two guys in the shared universe, that should be the expectation.

So much for it not turning profit!

It's heading for a $170 million domestic opening and has already topped $420 Million Worldwide!!

Believe me there was some worry after the critics reviews came out and the fact that Man of Steel didn't do very well.

Man of Steel did $291 Million domestically on a $225 Million budget and only $668 Million Worldwide.

The Batman V. Superman budget was $250 Million so turning $420 Million plus on opening weekend worldwide is a big sigh of relief for Warner Bros.

I'm sure WB is satisfied with the box office numbers but if they were truly concerned they would not have let Snyder helm the project intended launch their cinematic universe.

Okay so he does it really doesn't bother me at all. I think the film is fantastic much more adult orinted than the Marvel-verse and had no problem keeping up with what was a dream sequence etc.. that a lot of people did.

I don't know maybe its harder for those not as familiar with the source material.

I listened to the iFanboy podcast today. They blasted it for doing a disservice to the source material, especially in regards to Superman. They really blasted the multiple dream sequences.

I didn't care for the dream sequences within the movie. I also admit that I came into it biased against Affleck as Batman. He did a great job and is probably ranked in my top 3 actors to portray the dark knight ever. I enjoyed the acting all the way around but have always felt that Cavill was just an ok superman. Overall , I'd give it a B and a 7/10 score.
