Who said it it wasn't going to make money?
Believe me there was some worry after the critics reviews came out and the fact that Man of Steel didn't do very well.
Man of Steel did $291 Million domestically on a $225 Million budget and only $668 Million Worldwide.
The Batman V. Superman budget was $250 Million so turning $420 Million plus on opening weekend worldwide is a big sigh of relief for Warner Bros.
Here is why I want nothing to do with Zack Snyder's vision of the DCU...
Jimmy Olsen Makes a Secret Appearance in Batman v Superman | Variety Latino
There is a spoiler in there for those who care.
So executing a long time character is "having fun"? .... No thanks Snyder
Uhhh.... Snyder said he was Olsen. It's also listed in the credits from what I've heard.
Okay so he does it really doesn't bother me at all. I think the film is fantastic much more adult orinted than the Marvel-verse and had no problem keeping up with what was a dream sequence etc.. that a lot of people did.
I don't know maybe its harder for those not as familiar with the source material.
