Bond, not bail. Not that the distinction matters much. Putting aside my emotions in this situation, bond may not be popular but it is law. And there are procedures to change it if the public desires.

Given that one of his felonies is bail jumping, I find it highly interesting that the judge overseeing his cases, Michelle Havas (Branch 10, R, initially appointed by Gov. Scott Walker) would allow such a low bond amount. Bail jumping screams flight risk.
