They could out gun everybody in the SEC next year if all the SC seniors leave. A lot depends on the portal adding a big freshman class is great, but she still need a couple of elite portal players to go with Reese and she will have a challenger in the SEC.

I’ll take my chances next season vs LSU with a starting lineup of Cardoso, Amihere, Feagin/Watkins, Raven and Hall with Cooper, Kitts, Fulwiley, Johnson and the other of Feagin/Watkins as depth.

2021 Key is orders of magnitude better than Hollingshead. But the good thing is that we can play them both at the same time.

Sure but you do have to play at LSU and you still don't know what their final roster will be. A lot different playing on the road than at home especially with a lot of sophomores and freshmen. Not having Boston and Cardoso being someone that gets in foul trouble is also going to be a problem some games. I see SC taking somewhat of a step down next season.

2021 Key is probably never coming back

In today’s basketball there’s almost never going to be a situation where playing two centers at the same time is advantageous unless they’re both world class players like Boston/Cardoso at SC

You could be right they take a step down. But here is why i don`t think so Dawn will say it everytime when ask who is your most skilled a low post players Sania Fegain and Watkins. Right now they are stuck behind Cardoso, Boston, Saxton, Amihere. Also was ask last week about Kitts Dawn said she is learning and getting better each practice she is gonna be real good i think.

Fulwiley is a completely different player. Williams is kind of a Rickea Jackson type player. What I saw of her in the fiba she will be a starter for Mulkey. I think Fulwiley is more of a guard. Plus how much will she play? Dawn is fairly solid on when she plays who. In the big games it is about seven or eight players. Not saying LSU will be better to say they won't challenge is ridiculous especially when the schedule is turned to their favor and additions can still be made. If you don't think Kim won't work that portal and run some players off if she needs to just watch the off season. Dawn isn't doing anything in the portal she already has who will play.

You can have two Centers if one of them has a faceup game and ball handling skills. SC got away with it because Boston could do both of those things. Hollingshead's skill set is similar. She's not a pure back to the basket player like Key or Cardoso. She has enough shooting range that they clog up the paint, and she has the height for some nasty high-low passing opportunities.

I've heard scouting reports that said Williams is college-ready now with her build and skillset. She'll likely be an instant starter.

Velez will probably play behind Poa. I think she's a lot better than she showed today.

Wouldn't be surprised to see SC hit the portal for some back up bigs, but I agree that UConn right now projects to be the hands down favorite for next season.

Feagin is a very skilled offensive player, but apparently doesn't play defense. I think she's 4th leading scorer on the team, and she doesn't play a ton.

If you think LSU Williams is good wait until you see SG Tessa Johnson the sniper SC recruit she can flat out fill it up from deep and is very skilled & athletic. But i think LSU SC UConn Stan ND should be better. I also think if TN can get some players out of the portal to play with who is returning they will be better. I also have a good feeling Org Te-Hina Paopao and Endyia Rogers will be in the portal after the season TN pick up ?

Not expecting anything out of Tennessee next season looks like a complete rebuild. Need to hire a different coach figure we'll need to go where Holly went before that happens.

I think she took Velez to get Del Rosario and someone paid big money to do it. I think she is looking better point guard with experience if she can get it.

Hollingshed is more suited for PF than as a true center. Key is a true center and a dominant defensive force when healthy.

Vols are who they are. A step below the big boys so to speak. UCONN, SC, LSU and it will take a massive leap to get at their level. Subpar coach...players who are good....not great. Vols will be good enough to make it to tourney but always finish like 3rd or 4th in sec....unless and until they get top tier coach like a Mulkey...Geno or Staley. KJH is just average run of the mill coach..and her teams reflect that. Kellie is pretty and nice...etc etc...bur nowhere near the level of coach they need to get to elite level. Imo.

Disagree. IMO Jill is already a much better offensive player than Key ever was. Love TK but she's never had the post mobility Jill has. Jill also has excellent mid range ability, which Key showed flashes of but could never consistently get in position to take advantage of. Key's big edge is the ability to block shots and the mere presence of her size under the rim.

What Amb said. Jill has the skill to easily play 4. The combo of Key, Jill, and Striplin would provide a very solid post game.

Biggest issue is defensive quickness. We really need to get a couple quick 5’10-6’0 guards out of the portal. Ole Miss has attracted a lot of those and it’s primarily for defense. Has worked really well for them on that end of the floor.

You are correct Williams is completely different player but is smaller then Jackson 6-0
