Yeah, he’s a troll. I’m just having fun with it haha
If we get him, he is my early fav for 6th man of the year next season.
We had one scholarship, now we have 3 more. Let's wait and see what happens, dude. Maybe you are a troll or you are just freaking out, early. Looks like that Georgetown is a done deal thing is changing, according to my sourcesAnyone with common knowledge understands that. NIL simply isn’t on par for basketball. And the last year of recruiting shows it
If there’s anyone I trust fixing a shot, it’s Richard Dale Barnes.Murray would be fine in the Bailey role and probably an overall upgrade, but I wouldn’t want him as a starter. Decent athlete, looks to be a solid defender. He showed flashes of getting into the lane and reasonable touch on his floater. But woof, that jump shot needs to be completely reworked. His base is all over the place, it can get almost as wide as AJ Griffin’s, and the load and catapult motion make it almost impossible to be consistent in contested situations or especially off the bounce. I’m hoping for the best if he joins the good guys, but can’t say I’d be devastated if he chose somewhere else (especially if it makes Phillips more likely).
The puzzling part of that theory is finding the last person Georgetown put in the league.Just have a time believing a kid who started all season and made SEC all freshmen is going to willingly come here and play off the bench. I'd imagine he'll go somewhere that'll make him the no.1 option to get him to the next level as fast as possible, which makes Georgetown the most sense.

Yea the only way Murray starts is if we go small ball and JJJ is your 4, same is probably said Phillips as well…of course with BHH’s departure that opens up the potential for more small ball so could be part of the sell. This is probably the most valid "why not us" there is honestly.
He started 32 games at LSU and played 31 minutes per game. We're losing KC, but he can't fill that role. We also know the staff doesn't want to play Santi at the point. So where could Murray play to start? The 3 spot where JJJ usually is...but what if we got more small ball and JJJ is the 4 guy?
Also if Murray isn't looking to declare after this next season his playing time opens up a ton after next season. We'll lose Santi, JJJ, and probably others in that guard group (already lost QD).
