Whats a score update please? As for finishing 2nd in conference. That would be a heck of an achievement. Kentucky, Florida and Missouri are rolling, add in A&M is a frustrating opponent for anyone like us so like 4-6 is about where I see us finishing. Especially since even Maymon coming back will take some time for team to gel again.

Losing a close game against a good team is one thing, not showing up like the vols did today could be a bad sign for the future. Vols looked aveage first two games, and now this. Plenty to be concerned about.

We haven't been able to throw it in the ocean; we've tried bombing threes and outside jump shots all day instead of attacking, and even after their big guys got in foul trouble, we still didn't.

All in all, a very bad game.

It is actually, because this team doesn't make any effort to get easy baskets. They live and die by the jump shot. Better teams get to the line, get buckets inside, etc. Maymon will help with that, but winning teams win some games even when the 3 isn't going down. Mostly because they stop shooting it, unlike the Vols, who shoot it more for some reason.

It's just one game. We are clearly better with maymon and stokes on the floor. There is not really any reason to panic. Once maymon is back we will be fine.

I like CCM but am a little worried after seeing him basically. Make no adjustments at halftime today. Hope this isn't a trend.??

We'll be fine. It's early in the year. I'm not disappointed that we lost, but how we lost. We are getting destroyed. I have faith that ccm will get it done this year. Go vols

Always fun to see a game like this bring the idiots out of the woodwork.

You have to remember you're watching an incomplete Tennessee team. With Maymon you won't see games like this.

I read a thread after the florida football game...a lot of posters were saying "Hey, it is just one game." well, 6 loses later our FB team is .400

I hope so. I'm still not very confident the guards will get him or Stokes the ball. They may have to go steal it from them.

Then we are in real trouble with Cuonzo as coach because we can't out-talent the likes of Florida or Kentucky...if you are going to run man defense all the time you better have the horses.
