The last racist thing was you dumb claim you made based solely on race.

White women , not all women, are paid more than black and Hispanic men and women it's a fact. So even if you factor in the claim that women are paid less due to less hours than men, they still out earn more qualified men of color.

The only one that had a bad upbringing is you. You were obviously raised in ignorance and you parents didn't value education or life experiences. I feel sorry for people like you.

What profession is it that pays a different wage scale for a person doing the exact same job as another, based on their race?

I’ve got a HOA holding up a project right now.
Building a screened porch with a fireplace and they won’t give final approval. They’ve indicated that they will give approval just no indication when.

The root cause is ignorant racist such as yourself and them passing it on to their children.

There is no historical justification for racism. Different demographics have lead in crime in America depending on the time period. Even now whites commit most crime. They also commit 90 percent of crime against white people. If anything history says your own race is the most dangerous to you.

Black unemployment should be about 1% if they make less than women who make 80% of a man’s wages. Who wouldn’t hire someone for that kind of immediate savings? Surely a black woman has to be around a 40% break right off the bat.

I've asked this and never got an answer from anyone. Every place I've ever worked or known, everyone makes exactly the same for the same job. If any job in this country paid a person less solely because they were black, it'd be all over the news. It's just a liberal argument that they throw out as truth, and never respond when asked where it happens.

I don’t know about salaries, but when it comes to severances, my company gives more to people of “protected” status - minorities, gays, etc

I worked for a lumber company when I first moved to Georgia. We had a Mexican guy, who literally came to work every morning, clocked in, and went to his car and slept a couple more hours. He was usually hungover, and did it often. One white guy got mad one day and said he was gonna do it, and was told he'd be fired. Stuff like that is real life, like your story, and people know it. However, the left always cries about how it's different, but never has proof.
