I don't know. I'm kinda pissed, what do I lower the white hetro male scale to? Black, homosexual, female, lesbian, hispanic? I'm in a real quandary because I'm dang sure not going to raise them to the Asian female scale.

ONLY option is to layoff staff, hire illegal immigrants, pay them a slave wage under the tale to avoid payroll taxes and hope for the best. Good luck.

And no historical justification? There is never any "justification" to outright not like a group of people because they are different. That being said humans tend to just not like people who aren't like them. I think the phrase is "human nature".

Like me..I just don't like poor people, no matter what color they are. And of course people who hate America, like democrats. :good!:

All those "wage disparity" numbers are based off the fact that more people of a certain color work.

No one mentions the Asian to White or Asian to Black pay disparity...

If certain people were consistently paid less than another group based on their race and gender then they would be the only ones being hired....business 102.
