It'll be those four. The only hiccup could be if by some miracle Man U actually win this year's CL, (like Chelsea a couple years ago) in which case whoever finishes 4th will get screwed.

Yeah. When I posted that it was still 0-0. If Man U can't get a goal in these final 5-10 minutes, they're pretty much done.

I think the fact that he's SAF's hand picked guy is the only thing that keeps him the job past this summer. It's not going to get any easier with a lot of holes to fill and no Champions League money to use to fill them.

they certainly back him...that's why i don't think anything will come of it until next winter or possibly the end of next season.

His refusal to play Kagawa is mind blowing. One of the exact fixes he needs has been warming the bench the whole season.

Absolutely agree, their wing play is terrible. Kagawa could be an immediate help there but for whatever reason he sits the pine. Guy was a beast for Dortmund and one of the reasons they dominated Bayern a couple of years ago.

Maybe we shouldn't worry too much about Man U's finances going forward. Among other things, they've got a ridiculous jersey sponsorship from GM kicking in next year to the tune of $75M annually.

With each passing week, it becomes clearer and clearer what a fool AVB is. How he constantly parked Adebayor on the bench when his team couldn't score is beyond me. Same thing happened at Chelsea two years ago too. They sucked for 2/3 of the season, and after his firing went on to win the CL thanks in large part to guys that were on the roster all along but he refused to play.

Liverpool can score at will at times. But the backend is still an issue. Southampton was a few bad bounces away from 2 goals in the first half. Not sure they can win the PL with defense being that bad.
