Me too. But go back and look at the lineups for the last 20 WS winners and compare that to what the Braves are rolling out this year. This offense was always a longshot to score enough runs to win 11 games in October, and now it's lost one of its only legitimate power threats. At this point I'd have to say that the Falcons are more likely to win a title this year than the Braves.

So yeah. I'd add Ramirez's bat without thinking about it. I see the Braves as not really having anything to lose.

I don't think any NL team will win the WS. But I think the Braves have a decent shot to make it there. So I do think the Braves have a lot to lose. If the Braves had problems with Escobar's clubhouse issues, I couldn't imagine they would even consider Manny.
 
What was that? About a 42 hopper?

Easy double-play ball if the infield had been back. Wow.

And it came after he watched the guy before him draw a bases-loaded walk, then walked to the plate himself and swung at a first pitch which was a foot inside. That crap drives me crazy.
