Ah . . . Couldn't figure out what was in between start and finish lines. It's been years since I've been there, but that's got to be a neat course to run.

I ride an exercise bike ( I'm 54). My knees and back are thankful. That's about all I'll chance after back surgery and a knee that's heading that way.

There’s an old man who rides a bike that I see on almost every single run. He always has at least a one liner read but sometimes he will ride beside me and chat. I’ll miss him Sunday.

The way I drive in to work I pass packs of them. It's still dark when I come in so you can see their headlights coming a mile away.

Don't hate the move at all. Seitz is a good hitting coach and will catch on somewhere for sure, but these guys definitely needed a new voice hitting philosophy wise
