You need to quit crying about bills that are meant to subvert parental rights and promote lifestyles that while you may approve of, many don't. As far as Nancy goes, she's one of yours.

To bring in business, yes. If the state feels like the value of bringing in any company is worth a tax break then they make that deal. Again, wielding it like a sword to punish those that speak out against you is different.
