Peyton wasn't ever exactly a "dual threat" kind of guy, and that's being polite.Exactly.. I seem to remember a skinny feller named Peyton, too
The best thing that can happen for TN football is that Milton figures out how to play QB well enough to keep us winning until Nico is ready to take over.
Milton hasn’t shown the ability to do that in any game he has played in so for for TN including the game against Vandy.
Overthrown deep balls are just one of many issues he needs to fix to be a decent QB.
Hopefully he can come out and play a good game against Clemson. He has had two years in this system with Heupel and others coaching him. If he still isn’t ready then he’s not going to be
I knew I had seen you somewhere. It was the Cozia Forest in Romania, wasn't it. Mr. Jones?

There's nothing to be BUT a big Milton fan. Actually, I'm a big Peyton Manning fan as a UT QB but he..... like Hendon Hooker..... is part of UT history.
So which current UT QB are you "a big fan" of?
Well, we were talking about Young vs Nico, I thought, and Nico MIGHT be ready as a true freshman. It DOES happen, even in the SEC.We don't know what Milton can really do for sure yet. And this is another reason we need a QB out of the portal.
You left some critical information out. He needs to control short passes too and that’s also a big problem. If he can’t get his touch measured out on all passing distances, he has no future as a QB.
Kelly Washington hurt TN football more than any player in recent times. The problems he caused more than outweighed any amount of yardage he gained. Check the history while he was there , listen to what players thought, look how the teams he was on reacted to adverse conditions. A lot of internal things that hurt the team was related to him. A fantastic talent that just wasn’t worth the problems. Again check the history.
All you Goobers making fun of Milton should have been sitting with me in the cold rain a couple weeks ago in Nashville watching Milton lead a 56-0 victory over a Vandy Team who'd the previous 2 weeks beaten Florida & Kentucky.
oh...and... your wife/girlfriend wants Milton over you, too!
