just had a buddy call with vip tickets to the honda tomorrow. looks like i'll be taking a very long lunch.

The International Club in Myrtle Beach...anyone played it?

The International was a pretty decent course when I played it, (05' I think) and I've heard it's gotten better since then, but there are much better courses right there in Pawley's you can play for not that much more cash. I would highly recommend playing Blackmoor.

I believe that would be Pelican Point and yes it's a pretty good track, or it was in 04' when I played it anyway, haven't played it since then.

The best I've played in Panama City is Bay Point at the Marriott, it has 2 fine courses, The Nicklaus course and The Meadows course, surprisingly enough I thought the Golden Bear's offering to be the easier of the two, can't go wrong with either one though.

Looks like we'll be playing both of these while down there as of right now.

How about Tiger with 122 and 188 yd drives yesterday ? WTH ? that's funny as hell.

If he feels he absolutely has to have a swing coach he should get on his knees and beg Butch Harmon to take him back or give Rick Smith a call IMO. I think he'd probably get better results at this point if he dumped the swing thoughts and just went out and played.

Watching this Tavistock silliness. Tiger is putting the hell out of this new heel shafted job he's playing today. He keeps that up, the pressure will come off the rest of his game and he'll roar back. Not good for the rest of the crowd.

Ugh. Only thing I like less than their flat sticks are the new rear shafted 2-ball things Oddesey makes or the super heavy sticks that make you feel like your piutting with a piece of rebar.

All he's doing is spec'ing them like his old Cameron and rolling with it. Looks like that heel shaft might work with his open the barn door close the door stroke.
