The Golf Thread

My main problem off the tee is that I'm standing too close to the ball....

immediately after I hit it.

Yep. Feels kinda of like my golf game right now. Directionless. Gentlemen, I have been throwing up some high numbers lately. Hopefully, Sunday will reverse the trend.

Shot 86 yesterday. This tme a bad 86. But, found stance and tempo again on tees. Really ruled the drive. Been a while since I managed the tee box.

Another Jekyll and Hyde round for me. 45 on the front 38 on the back with three missed, legitimate bridie putts.

gets off the golf cart in this thread just long enough to piss the elitists off .....takes a long slow almost sexually arousing wizz on the 12 hole cup.................did'nt know they were that deep.!!!

Am I supposed to be riled up by this or something? :dunno:

it was just confusing enough that it didn't merit a real response. if being an elitist includes getting riled at a guy for pissing in a cup, then I guess the shoe fits.

Well....are you an elitist? :eek:lol:

I'm trying to decide.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't a golf cup Dan was talking about anyway and that he just had a few and woke up peeing in the shower again.

Some people....I would be willing to bet that I spend less playing golf once or twice a week than an avid angler spends fishing that same amount.

Same goes for me. Golf can be as expensive or as exclusive as you let it be. The stereotype of elitism as it pertains to golf is nowhere near as true now as it was 30 or 40 years ago.

Shot a 73 this past Sunday at the Hooch in Duluth, GA. Too bad it was a par 62 course :whistling:
