I've seen clubs that have old sport water bottles at the first tee that have sand. I know they sell some at golf stores that I think can attach to your bag.

Put a new Driver in the bag. Taylormade Jetspeed TP. Now if I can just stay away from using the wrench to change the loft.

playing the worst I've played in a long time. Can't seem to get thru the ball after these last surgeries and handicap is going up. Hitting drives in places that don't seem possible where my clubface must be facing straight out. Didn't miss a fairway for a couple of months, now I can't get close to one.

I just found that too. Doesn't look like the field is very deep. It is, however, proof that if you can get a girl to shoot somewhere close to 80, she can go to college for free.

Edit: now I see that it's not for all minority players. It's for HBC teams.

just looked and TSU's golf team is all white. Seems somewhat silly with them being a HBC and Ted Rhodes golf course basically on their campus.
Women's golf is more of the same, with a couple of them looking kindof cute

I'm amazed at the number of people I tell this to regarding their daughter and they just laugh it off. Especially friends with more than 2 kids. It's free money and they're not even willing to look into it.

They have resodded 7 holes at my home course. Hopefully the front 9 ready to play in a couple of weeks. Can't wait to play on the zoysia. Having to pay dues and still pay elsewhere to play sucks.

Once those fairways grow in, you can't get a bad lie on that stuff. You do get the occasional flyer though.

they do but it only allows us to go play and costs us $60+ a day. We played Richland CC. It's really nice and in the Oak Hill very wealthy section of Nashville, but has no homes on it. And that was $100. I'm fine wherever but we have a couple of golf snobs in the group that feel like we have to play a pristine course when we go off site.
We went to Ted Rhodes by TSU last week. Greens were fine. Course was fine. $50 got us 18 holes with cart and 6 beers with a take home nylon cooler. It leaked like a mofo but still

Playing TPC at Sawgrass Sunday. That's the player's championship course, including the infamous 17th island green.

Well, after several horrible rounds, the worst range session and wasted $ on a lesson on thursday, I stuck a glove under my left arm pit on the range yesterday at Hermitage and tried to basically keep my left shoulder down thru impact to let me release the club. I was pulling my shoulder up and out and almost leaning backwards at impact. The glove under the pit helped me rotate, stay in one piece and prevented me from chicken wing'ing it, which is what I do when playing terrible.
