Tried to watch some of the women’s US Open yesterday but the lady commentating was nauseating. Trying to fluff up how far the women hit it and everything else. Chic hits driver 215 but it’s because it’s cool outside in the mid 50s. She isn’t helping promote their game.

Finally upgraded my clubs. Last set I bought was in 2017. Got PXG 0211 Irons, Srixon woods, Cobra hybrid, PXG 0211 driver, TM MG3 wedges, and W/S Infinite Buckingham putter

*I was going to keep my putter, but it's a 2015 model so might as well upgrade that too.

I was going to get the TM Stealth irons. $1000.44 with military discount for 7 clubs (I actually have them, but returning them). I got the PXG 0211's for $639 and with 8 clubs.

As good (and slightly better) that the TM may be, I don't think they're $360 better.

PXG has a much better military discount than TMs 15%. That said all my clubs except one is TM.

I’m a TM fan. My last irons before my current set were TM. My driver has almost always been TM. My SW and LW are TM

So my highest lofted club was my 56 degree sand wedge. I went to a 54 and added a lob at 60. Man, I wish I would have done that a long time ago lol

Shoot I go 64, 58, 54, then 50. Took the 3 wood out and went to a strong 5 wood. I figure I’m going to save more shots with a wedge than with a fairway wood.

I’m really considered dropping the 3 wood.

I‘m at 48, 54, and 60 for my wedges

He's won Big at every level. He was one of a handful of the best golfers at a junior level. He was the usual No. 1 at Georgia in 2005, when they won the national championship,on a team that consisted of Russell Henley, Kevin Kisner and Chris Kirk! All who have prospered on the PGA tour. A textbook and true gamer who will be on our Ryder Cup later this year in Italy!
