The Impeachment Thread

agree - I was talking about Biden but agree with this if Sanders

That said, I can't see Sanders going moderate; he's a movement and I doubt he'd want to dilute it.

If he's the nominee this will be a really interesting choice given his age and recent heart attack

I can't see anyway Sanders would pick Romney as his VP, I can't see Romney accepting even if he did.

Well dems/socialists your sorry asses gave it your best shot. Better luck next time

Thank god this is over

Unless dems are smarter than I think they are from all appearances, this is probably just Impeachment v.1 They could actually manage to make it into the boy who cried wolf one time too many. I'm leaning to deja vu all over again.

i know it’s been brought up before, but actually watching and hearing Booker, Harris, Knoblaucher, Sanders, and Warrren vote “guilty” was pretty amazing considering all the talk of a “fair trial” in the Senate.

Yep, considering the whole thing was supposedly about using one's position to the disadvantage of a political rival. Hypocrisy full out.

The "well at least it was bipartisan to convict" crowd (even though it was 1 vote) is like saying:

Yeah, we lost the big game but my buddy's second-cousin got a first down in the 4th qtr
