Don't think you're following the dialectic. You're a conservative. You argue the Constitution should be strictly construed. The 2nd Amendment doesn't contain any express limitations. Yet the most conservative of justices (Scalia) says "nope, guns are subject to reasonable regulation." So if the most conservative of justices says your interpretation of the 2nd Amendment is crap, why does it matter if justices to the left of Scalia say the same thing?

You posted that the liberal Congress lady claimed to uphold the constitution and took it seriously when in actuality you/she only look at the parts of the constitution that can be manipulated into advancing liberal agendas. I don't believe she holds the tenants of the constitution as sacred as she claims.
