The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Traitor to the constitution? Come on, that's BS hysteria. Our last 5 presidents (including Biden in this) could be labeled traitors to the constitution if we want to be hysterical.

But to your larger point, who cares if people never accept it?

Knowingly conspiring to overturn an election he knew he lost? I can't imagine the outrage if Biden had been accused of the same.

My larger point? If it's inconvenient to you, don't answer. I just find it fascinating who will openly admit to the cognitive dissonance.

But did she try and overturn the election in courts, using fake electors or through intimidation? Public complaints aren't really why Trump is being indicted.

Distinction and difference.

One is a 1st amendment right the other is well... A RICO indictment, as we're finding out.

I just hope the circle comes back around to Joe/Hunter and Hills. And if they can pin anything on Bama, nail his butt too. If Trump is guilty of anything, then they are guilty of many things.

She called Trump the next day and offered her congratulations.

It's not the flex you think it is.
Hard to not do that when the blue wall fell and didn’t have midnight runs in place for ballots. Kudos to the left for a lesson learned, looking back Trump should have went all in on Hillary and the Comey findings. Find a lawyer that didn’t mind getting killed for the cause.

Yes, Hillary's campaign financed a few lawsuits on behalf of the Jill Stien campaign.

Yes. And you are very accomplished. Right up there with Luth. Though maybe not as bats in the bellfry.

Don't deflect and redirect and you won't be accused of it.

I don't see why people can't simply answer a question without having to duck bullets like neo in the Matrix.

Trump is done as a politician, it makes no difference to me if people refuse to accept that or not.

I'm not aware of those - but if she did, as you say - seek to overturn the election by using fraud or ginned up evidence in the courts - and TRUMP ran on the "lock her up" tag line.

Why didn't he? Yall should be mad AF about that.

I am not talking about suitcases under the table, that may have been legit all along. I am talking about the tape where she admits fraud happened...that has not been debunked.
Yes, it has ... That video was included as part of the Georgia Election Board investigation, and included as part of the defamation law suit filed against OAN. That is a distortion of what was being discussed. Every single allegation of election fraud against both Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss has been de-bunked. Don't you care about the truth at all?

Really? Hills use initmidation?! lol. TYpically, she just goes straight to suicide. What, 56 times so far.

Geez Louise, get back to your normal self. This sounded like a Kamala word salad.
I think I had you confused with somebody else.

It reads clearly to me, but I can summarize:
You and @hog88 sound like partisan bitches for grieving about this but standing by Trump through an impeachment that was based on trying to do what you claim Biden has done.

Good, I'm sure you do.

It's also fascinating to me to watch people bemoan the unethical behavior of "DOJ weaponization" in one thread and hope it happens to the other side as soon as they get the chance in another. I guess civility and ethics only matters when it lines up with your personal wishes.

Done as a politician?

You know he's leading the GOP race for president, right?

I mean - I don't think he'll beat Biden but he's still the leader of the republican party.

If they find him guilty, I will accept the ruling. Only two people know if he is innocent or not in reality. Doesn't mean I have faith in the process. I have 6 years of reasons why. WOLF.

I just think fair is fair. If you are going to weaponize it, don't go bitchn about it when it's used against you in like form.

Fair enough, but I'm guessing there are A LOT more than two people who know.

And we all know why, and if you question it, you get indicted.

Trump campaign blasts DA in Georgia election case for father's Black Panther ties: 'Steeped in hate'

Former President Trump's campaign set its sights on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis following his indictment on Monday night, saying her family is "steeped in hate" while drawing attention to her father's Black Panther ties.

"The daughter of a former Black Panther who recently retired as a criminal defense lawyer, the Inglewood, Calif.-born Willis would go along when her father went to court on Saturday mornings," the quoted Time article reads.

Nope. Just him and God. Everyone else is on a hate mission.

However, The grand jury is already set up to fail. The leaked jury roster will eventually lead to threats and tampering, and will lead to dismissal. Ingenious design from whoever the plant was that set this in motion.

Neither Stacey Abrams nor Hillary Clinton have been indicted in Georgia for the same, or worse, actions. Abrams, the losing gubernatorial candidate for Democrats in 2018 and 2022, claimed that her first race had been stolen, and worked with Democrats across the country to change voting rules in advance of the 2020 election. Clinton and her acolytes promoted the “Russia collusion” hoax, conspiring with journalists and prosecutors in an attempt to overturn the 2016 election.

LOL!!!!

At first, in "The World According to Trump" .... She was hitting it with a gang banger. Now, she is a Black Panther. I can't wait for what's next.

Trump was apparently offering a you owe me one olive branch, and she broke ranks.

Those are false equivalencies ...

Simply claiming that an election was stolen, is protected by the First Amendment ... and voting rules can be legally changed - that is not inherently illegal either.

Whether or not promoting the belief that the 2016 Trump Campaign colluded with Russian agents, would be protected by the First Amendment, would depend on the specific allegations being made. And how was that "an attempt to overturn the 2016 election?" Hillary was trying to discredit the outcome of the 2016 election ... but that is not proof that she was trying to overturn it.

Trump's alternate elector scheme was a very clear attempt to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election, however. It was also unconstitutional.

See, people keep telling you that they hate Biden too and you don't accept it.

Come up with a better retort, not everyone lives in a black and white world where Trump and Biden are the soul occupants.

If you want to be taken serisouly, then you're going to have to start responding to arguments that are being made - not that you wish they had made.
It’s one or the other. You are either with us or against us. And I really DAF what you libs think of me
