The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

And you see Trumpism as:
-the way to avoid extinction?
-contributing to the extinction?
-a non-factor?

If one is socially or fiscally conservative, they are already extinct. GOP will be pro-trans kids in a few years, just like they are pro gay marriage today. The GOP dropped the fiscal conservative act long ago.

There are just 2 wings of the progressive leftist bird in America, it's just one wing takes a few years longer to adjust and accept.

PJ isn’t giving a true representation of what happened.
They issued bonds to get around the "loan" restrictions (like buybacks, bonuses, pay raises, etc) and hid all reporting of where it went. It went to large corps and we can all guess why it was pulled off in that manner. It was organized theft

What does that have to do with Mnchun? I’ve seen nothing accusing him of taking any money. It was a terribly written bill and people took advantage.

He requested and controlled that money then actively fought the reporting requirements.

Congress created the PPP loan program, if Mnuchin requested it I can't find it. He also didn't approve any loans, those went through commercial lending institutions so I don't know where you are getting any of this. Yes, I completely disagree with him and the many others that argue the borrowers identities are proprietary information but I think you are taking serious liberties with the truth on your accusations.

I'm proud to have voted for Biden over Trump; that hasn't changed in the least. I would do the same '24 without hesitation.
Fortunately, I do not believe Biden will be the democratic candidate.
I too took a hiatus because I was fed up with the absolute mindlessness and gullibility of Trump supporters.
You are the worst kind of voter. I'd have at least a little respect for you if you just sat it out.

It's very simple.

Priority one..........anybody but Trump. That was always known. People stated repeatedly things like "I would vote for a rock over Trump." That is still the case. Why others seem unable to process that is beyond me.

Priority two........have the viable candidate running against Trump be someone other than Biden.

I'll take another D, a moderate R, a viable 3rd party - ANYONE BUT TRUMP - even if it's a rock.
You are destroying this country

You are destroying this country
Because of my "anybody but Trump" position?

Hate to break it do you, but there are tens of millions of others with the same position.

I don't know, maybe it's the people who have nominated him 3 times now who are destroying the country.

Trump was wrong in 2016, he was wrong in 2020, he is wrong today..... as he continues to tear the country apart.

A lot of people voted "against" Trump. They were not voting "for" Biden. I do not agree that was the best choice based on policy, but I understood it. Trump is a crude a-- who thinks that 35% of the electorate (70% of Republican primary voters) going nuts for him is a sign and he's right, it is a sign he is going to have a tough time getting to 50%.

He's going to be the nominee unless something extraordinary happens and I am becoming more and more convinced that not only will he lose, the HoR will swing big to the Democrats as well. They might even scare getting a super majority of the Senate.

Leaning towards Biden not being the nominee. I expect Newsome will wind up being the anointed one and he's slick and smart enough to deal with Trump's schoolyard antics. I'll vote for Trump just because policy-wise he's better, but I'll be grinding my teeth knowing if he wins we're looking at a four-year, three-ring circus again.
That is quite possibly the most depressing thing ever written on the subject. I can't fathom how many constitutional freedoms we would evaporate.

Doesn't make any of you right.

He bragged about working to get that section passed and how vital it was for covid relief. It was essentially a half trillion for big business that didn't need reporting. Haven't looked it up recently but I did research it plenty back then and had that conclusion. He was also one of the few Trump didn't fire which likely means they agreed on most

I don't know what PJs getting at.

Less than .1% of PPP loans went to publicly traded corporations.

Rules really limited PPP for most companies over 500 employees

At that time anyway (before rules got changed), you couldn't dip ERC and PPP. Most large businesses went for ERC...
