The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

The Judge is in a no win situation. If he takes Fani off this case (which he obviously should), he has no future, the Left will burn him.

A no win situation? Yes and no. Yes, he can’t win with a verdict for either side, but no, he can still win, because he’ll be well taken care of for any future endeavors by whichever side he chooses to go with.

No, I didn't say that. There are.

I'm just pointing out that the calls for a red wave in the 2022 midterms were way off.

Republicans didn't take back the Senate as widely predicted and they only gained 9 seats in the House when upwards of 25-28 seats were expected to flip to the Republican side. Republicans also lost Governor's races in purple states such as Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona .... and even lost a Governor's race in Kansas. In particular, Fox News really overhyped Republican candidates in 2022. They did so because they had too much confidence in those right-leaning polls.

We dont agree on much, but we agree on this. Polling in the post-Covid post-mass ballot harvesting era is behind the times. Dems have such a HUGE ground game advantage with ballot harvesting and the GOP has nothing that can compete with it. Polls arent taking that into account.

If today were 3/1/2016, I would say Trump is near a lock to win the Presidency with the polls largely in his favor, but it isnt 2016.

During her January remarks at the church, Willis repeatedly referred to herself as “flawed” and “imperfect” but did not directly acknowledge her relationship with Wade. She implied the allegations of misconduct involving her and Wade were related to their race.

“She chose to play the race card and the God card … to deflect away from the allegations” in the motion for disqualification, Gillen said. “She chose to inject race into the minds of the listeners.”

It's not that big of a deal .... This is more entertainment fodder for cable news than anything else.

I haven't followed this very closely, but I did think this was funny ....

Basically, the guy who started the whole thing (Wade's divorce attorney), came down with a case of amnesia when he took the witness stand. You can tell the attorney who was questioning him under direct examination was getting frustrated. LOL.

Laughably absurd.

I don’t know the rules. But I have a hard time believing that guy should be allowed to practice law.

Actually Monty here is the real thing, if you take your blinders off you’d see that Trump was the most centrist POTUS as for policies and agenda that we’ve had in decades. If what you say is true about wanting a centrist candidate you should be a supporter.
LMAO.

Trump centrist.

Sure that makes sense.

Name his far right initiatives.
Trump shouts far right narratives all the time. It's clearly on the record. Now, he rarely follows through on any of the rhetorical characterizations he spews publicly, but his words have created, cemented and established a base. Other than his economic trade policy, he governed firmly from the center. If by some entertaining miracle that Trump gets elected, right wingers will be disappointed with his decisions. Trump plays to the crowd. He will turn on his dumbed downed base if, and a big IF, he gets elected again. He will know it is in his best interest to govern to the middle 50%.

The base for the Left is every bit as dumb and misinformed.

The vanguard of the Left may have more degrees, but there is little difference between the opposing bases.

Yes, of course. The subject matter is Trump. I'm sorry if I offended you
Not sure why I would be offended.

But I do get a kick out of the characterization of Trump’s base somehow being demonstrably different from the base who will vote for whomever the DNC puts forward.

I didn't say our form of government is democracy.

Crawl back into your hole, Mr. " I am better at my job than Rick Barnes is at his job" It's ok. Bozo needs a backup

Says the expert that probably didn't get past middle school basketball. You are not Bernard King. Did you ever stop following posters berating them like you are Keith Olbermann?

There are threads in this forum specific to that issue. Since you are so persistent with your whataboutism, I will play along. Far more people vote against Trump. Trump's proudly supportive base is much bigger than Biden's proud supporters. Make no mistake, more Republicans vote against Trump than Democrats do against Biden. Bottom line. The most pathetic fact is neither choice is worthy of the White House

Ok. I was wrong. Bozo still needs a replacement and you're first in line

You should change your name to JoeBidenKnuts. Lol...so we are democracy?

You seem like a nice fella. The next time I'm at the players pregame hosted by Bobby Graham I will post that you can come get you a piece of chicken.

The masses that line up to vote against Trump are not the Left’s base.

No whatabouts here. Just an observation, and a hearty chuckle.
