To be fair, that's true on both sides. Trump is crooked, yet Trump supporters don't want to believe that. Biden has dementia, yet Biden supporters don't want to believe that. Neither is fit to be President, yet people on both sides firmly believe in their guy. It's rather sad and pathetic.

Here is one of the problems, Trump is crooked Poor Biden just has dementia.... Biden is just as big if not bigger crook than Trump. He's been in politics for 50 ****ing years, he's corrupt to the core.

I did not claim that, you are really into the drama. Nowhere near James Bond level. Too be honest, I hated working with/around Classified Documents.
The problem I have with this is with the Agency's providing the documents and the Chain of Custody procedures. Very loosely handled and their failure to recover the documents before Trump's departure. Next issue is the documents he had that I have never seen listed. So no one has all the facts in the Public nor will they unless someone leaks it. This also applies to Pence and Biden. Trump's mistake was stating he declassified them of which he could do if he had followed the set procedures for doing so.

The behavior of this judge and the trial is going to be a huge topic in history and for law school studies. Even a lot of people on the left are starting to see the sham in it. Bringing the trial was understandable but the blatant disregard to basic judicial procedures is alarming. Perhaps this is just the court acting this way because it is just Trump but if this happens in other cases throughout New York, I think we have reasons to be alarmed and the entire New York court system should be investigated.

Don't get me wrong, Trump isn't the best person in the world and deserves some flack for his behavior but denying basic Jury Instructions, general court procedure requests, and the clear bias/disregard of this judge is alarming.
