The Masters 2010

Yep, poor, poor Tiger, had to field some questions that he and the whole civilized world knew or should have known was coming, bless his heart, if he didn't want the questions he shouldn't have shown up. TV reporters ask stupid and annoying questions to all athletes in all sports, it's unfortunate but it's also a given that it's going take place. I have no sympathy for him, he'll just have to deal with it like everyone else.

Maybe I missed it, but when did they stop doing the green jacket presentation outside?

Yeah, the picture on the front page of espn is the outside presentation. I thought they had taken the inside presentation and photo shopped it to make it outside.

Anybody else think Phil looks creepy in the exxon commercial.

I thought what looked creepy was when he was in the cabin with his hat off he was snow white above his eyebrows and had a dark tan from his eyebrows down.

Whats it going to take? What does he have to do for you? Draw that line and we'll see how practical it is.
Time. Time and continued effort. I've been a Tiger fan since the beginning. I still marvel at his game. But if he could change his demeanor on course and still play good golf, the game would be better for it.

yeah, it's amazing somebody playing golf would cuss and occasionally throw a club. i bet that never happened before until Tiger came along.

i know i've never done it.

Because, in case u havent heard, a lot of people don't like tiger:spank:

Not liking him is understandable. He was and probably still is a self-righteous prick. Most athletes are. He did some nasty things in his personal life. Nit-picking over sunglasses is absurd

If somebody had a mic in front of me every second I was on the golf course, they would already have me condemned to hell

I'm well aware I'm in the minority on the sunglasses thing. I've mentioned it before regarding other players and got my chops busted then too. I see it as a wall a player can slip behind on course. Most of VN thinks I'm bonkers on that. I've been bonkers about other things too. Thats OK.

As for improving his demeanor, Hey he's the one that said he was going to do it. During practice rounds he actually was much more interactive with fans. Seems to me a work in progress I guess...

Lots of great shots over the week, but there was nobody there, on the range or otherwise, that hit the ball as well as Boom Boom did. He missed three irons in a row to the right on Sunday, but he hit the hell out of the ball otherwise. He can still move it out there with anyone. Drive on 8 was a rocket.

Did you follow him around or just set up shop somewhere?

I knew it was a stretch for him to say that. No way he will completely control his emotions when he is contention and playing bad
