The murder of Ahmaud Arbery

SEVERAL? Well I'm sorry to ever have doubted you....
Well i am not perfect but i call it as i see it, both from a legal and rational prespective.

If i believe a police officer is totally in the wrong (due to doing something illegal, against policy, or just wrong attitude) i will 100% call them out on it.

If i know that a police officer was following training, policy AND law, and had every right to act accordingly, i will support that as well.

Most of the "anti-cop" threads comes from people who just outright HATE any type of authority or that just don't understand the law and police procedures in general

I’d say most of the hate comes from those in positions of power and authority abusing that power and authority.

I missed you in the abortion thread saying this lol

I pick the side of valuing human life above all else

And anyone who thinks the "poking around in the wrong neighborhood" is the direct action that got him shot is being disingenuous

I'm on record as stating I don't believe a fetus younger than 22 weeks qualifies as 'life.' But please, keep deflecting from your suspension of the belief that Arbery's life is somehow less important. The gymnastics from you and your ilk are fascinating.

Secondly, I think the kid was shot because he was black and poking around the wrong neighborhood.

Sorry for taking the thread off topic, but what magic occurs at 22 weeks?

Where did i say Arbery's life was "less important" or "didn't matter"?

Please try to pay attention to the arguments that are being made and not ones you wish were being made.
You just compared Bryan to ISIS terrorists planting and filming bombs.

That is YOUR statement that is comparing his intent on murdering others to terrorists

Physically? No. Verbally? Yes
what happened? if you don't mind me asking.
When i was in high school i had three experiences with the police:

1) I was pulled over for speeding, (i totally was) and was polite and received a ticket which was dropped from my record
2) I was involved in a traffic accident (not my fault) and the officer was obviously tired and annoyed at working a minor accident, but was professional
3) The BIG ONE (according to some here) - I was driving down Western Ave late at night (the bad part not the good part), when two officers pulled me over and did a felony stop on me. I knew i had done nothing wrong, but complied and was handcuffed. Turns out I was driving a gold Ford Explorer at the time, and it matched another vehicle that was just involved in a carjacking/shooting that occurred nearby. The officers investigated and saw i was telling the truth and not who they were looking for and apologized for the inconvenience. (They later caught the guys who did it)

Now if i had been like some anti-LE posters, i couldve been like "man these F*** cops pulled me over and handcuffed me for NO REASON, they violated my rights and abused me and yelled at me". OR i could've also said "F*** this and tried to run or drive off or fight them and say I DIDNT DO ANYTHING A**HOLES" and it probably wouldve been a really bad experience.

But i was fine because i knew i wasn't a criminal, and i also understood that they were trying to do the right thing in a hurried amount of time.

Every single person in this incident put themselves in the places they find themselves now. The black dude had previously been chased out of that neighborhood once before but came back. The hayseeds decided to play Deputy Dog with a moron instead of listening to the cops and are now all sitting in prison

Can someone fill me in on the “previously chased out of the neighborhood” part

A prior police complaint a few weeks prior said they saw a black dude going through homes and approached him and ran him off and it was assumed to be the same guy.

It's been implied throughout this thread. You keep trying to convince us you're an impartial fact seeker and that we should regard you as a devil's advocate that's simply riding the fence of impartiality.

The problem is you keep falling off and we all see it.

22 weeks is generally regarded as the lowest threshold for viability outside of the womb.

Probably should take this to the appropriate thread so this will be my last question regarding your thoughts on the subject.

So if a 21 weeker is born, and eventually does not make it after days to weeks of medical care, do they technically die?

In that regard? Yep, sure did.

I get that the analogy escapes you because it's difficult to reconcile that Bryan the hayseed and Muhammad the ********** were both knowingly filming because they knew sht was about to go down, that makes them accessories.

This has happened twice. Billions of people. Twice.

You're right, wrong thread. I'll leave you with this, you asked why 22 weeks was the "magic number" and I clearly stated "22 weeks is generally regarded as the lowest threshold of viability". That's my line in the sand, yours may be different.
