The murder of Ahmaud Arbery

Yea I'm sure about that. I've stated it multiple times. I just don't convict people because I don't like them. Notice how you and other have refered to them as bubba's and rednecks while I've refered to the dead guy as the jogger and not the robber? Even though there is reasonable evidence to say he actually could be responsible for the robberies. It's because I don't know. You have 1% of the evidence here and have already sentenced them to death.
Find my post where I referred to them as such.

No one has sentenced them to death. They should absolutely be charged with manslaughter. I don't think they set out with murder on their mind, but their actions led to someone unnecessarily dying. They created the situation when they decided to grab their guns and pursue.

Stupidity is taking that video and convicting. It's shows a total lack of any sort of critical thinking.

Acting like you can't find a conviction in that video shows me you're not even trying to use any critical thinking. You're the one throwing your hands up going 'Ooops! We can't see the front of the vehicle therefore we can't really know what happened!" And yeah if you completely 100% ignore how they got to that part, then maybe you have a point.

Your stance is either incredibly obtuse or incredibly stubborn.

Yes, I'm sure you thought he deserved to die. Hell you probably think it's about time that type of thing made a comeback, huh?
Deserve to die? No. He should’ve had more emotional intelligence and less criminality and he’d be alive. I don’t know what you mean by that type of thing

We can. InVoluntary and Ricky aren't bad dudes. I simply think they're seeing what they want to see in the video.
It's not what I'm seeing. It's what I'm not seeing. I'm open to them being total POS that deserve the death penalty. I fully admit that they acted stupidly. My only point is we don't know what happened to escalate it to the point of the gun going off.

I swear half the people here saying guilty likely had little/no sympathy for Trayvon Martin. I'm not wanting to discuss that topic, my point is that this is a clear case of irresponsible gun ownership. It's basically 2 against 30
Trayvon martin’s actions were even worse than this. He ran from his porch to hit Zimmerman to ground and was bashing zimmermans head against the concrete when he got shot. And I think zimmerman was a moron

I never said you did refer to them that way but many have.

I've never said they don't deserve punishment. My only point is I haven't seen enough evidence to know what happened.

Some of us seem to know exactly what happened.

Moreso speaking to the fact that we have 2 people versus 20 amd somehow this is being debated for 12 pages.

Given, it's Ricky and he's as likely to admit his reaction was wrong as a hunk of sh*t is to stop stinking.
Nope I said I didn’t even agree with the actions of the ex officer and his son and the other Neighbor. I’m just saying that under the law, with all the facts presented it’s easy to see this is not a “murder” and the action of shooting arbury was in self defense due to his actions of Physically assaulting a guy and trying to take a gun out of his hands

Are you saying he looked like a criminal?

See because the ex-cop said he looked like a guy that might have commited some break-ins, based on unconfirmed eyewitness reports, then obviously the guy was 100% guilty of doing so and the ex-cop was completely justified in chasing him down based on his "hunch".

But….but.....Trayvon could have been a research scientist by now and could have discovered the Coronavirus vaccine.

So again, you're ok if I chase your ass down in a truck then confront you with a shotgun and then shoot you and claim self-defense? All because I thought you looked like you might of done something bad the other day?

We don't. I'm usually dubious of partial video. But this one is different for me. The news coming out isnt helping me be sympathetic to those two, either.
1. Didn't witness crime.
2. Pursued when 911 instructed the opposite.
3. Cut dude off at least once.
4. Retired LEO.
5. 2nd car with videographer.
6. Got out of truck with shotgun in hand.

Did their actions lead to this man being killed? I would think the answer is obvious. They chose to grab their guns and pursue. They had no legal authority. And if it's true the 911 operator said not to pursue? That's manslaughter.
