The murder of Ahmaud Arbery

But what I just described to you is burglary whether they actually take something or not. Happens everyday. If you are drunk and stumble into an unlocked door of wrong apt. That is burglary. It’s the act of being inside a dwelling (or car) without Legal reason to be there
You still haven’t answered my question from days ago. If me, and my clearly armed buddy, are chasing a cop Is that a threat to the cop?

To steal something... or, did someone in the house let him in and the owner not know about it?

Sounds like you are suggesting something that I haven't heard yet... that he was actually in a home? Link?
Theres a video on page 70 posted by Bigun that shows him in the home of a new construction.

I honestly do not understand why you keep defending these guys or why you want them to get off scot free for killing someone. You say you're not defending them, but this thread is full of your posts doing just that. And it's absolutely coming across like you want them found not guilty. They took the law in their own hands and killed a guy. Even if they had the right of citizen arrest, they did not have the right to do it with guns at the ready. It's insane to me that you think this behavior is okay.

He's a cop. Cops defend other cops. Cops do no wrong.

Okay so there is more to this story as always than "they hunted and murdered an innocent unarmed black man out jogging"
1) He matched the description of someone seen around other burglaries in the area
2) He wasn't dressed to go jogging yet he was an avid jogger
3) He is shown on private property at a construction site
Still tragic but not the way it was portrayed originally

He was still murdered by a careless moron on video. Hope the book's thrown at him and his dad learns that the apple of idiocy didn't fall far from the tree.

All of this has been known for days. This is not breaking news.

I think we can start to read into his posts for what they are. We would not like to believe it but it's there for all to see. We don't have to guess.

It's ok to have a difference of opinion but it is stunning when you see clear video that two men with weapons chase a person without a weapon and the guy winds up dead that there's a crime committed in the video. I don't know how anyone thinks a person going into or looking in a new construction home is suspicious or an immediate threat in the middle of the day.

Internal Affairs says "Hello". Some cops take bad actors seriously, some go to great lengths to defend that which can't and shouldn't be defended.

I think you will find that GBI is more of the former than the latter when this investigation is done. I think this will go beyond the suspects and into the local DA's Office.

He's been very respectful with me, but he won't back off the idea that the gunmen were 100% in the right for tracking down the guy and approaching him with guns drawn.

Ricky, the only thing I ask is that you hold yourself to the same standards that you demand of everyone else regarding consideration of actual facts vs. feelings. Buddy, you've done a very bad job of that.

This is not true. All we’ve heard for days is how he was just out for jog. The video of him in the home clearly contradicts that.

Now I don’t think it was right to take the law into their own hands, and believe they should be punished. But this narrative that a black guy was just simply run down for being black is not true.

Just because a predictable cadre of you weirdos engage in similar activity doesn’t make it any more normal/less suspicious.

Read back thru this thread. The unfinished house has been part of the conversation since the beginning. It changes nothing.

Well it has been stated, especially since the 911 call, that he was looking at a new construction, then he started running. We can reasonably assume he jogged to get there. Were there no other blacks in the neighborhood? If not, wouldn't he assume that he would stick out like a sore thumb in broad daylight if he was up to no good? We can split hairs 60 ways to Sunday. True, this thing has been as much about the color of his skin. True, the SJWs on social media couldn't wait to make over the top broad brush comments. It was a Thanksgiving feast for many of them. The root issue is a person is dead from a jogging episode caught on camera with nothing stolen and no weapon and in two months the shooters could wake up at home to the smell of country ham, and biscuits and gravy without spending a night in jail.
