Let's see a link for those drug issues. Total made up BS. Burns was a fat body(no offense intended) that was most likely told the same thing that Barnes told Schofield. Get in shape or hit the road. Burns chose cheeseburgers over salad. Your knew a guy that knew a guy that said it was drugs are typical human spew that need to be shoved where the sun dont hit ya.

you need a link??

You do realize walker sat out most of this season due to failing ncaa drug test don’t you?

Husker forward Derrick Walker suspended 16 games

Article literally talks about the NCAA reviewing all drug-related penalties in regards to his suspension

VQ has mentioned it multiple times and said they’ve got nobody to blame but themselves, it didn’t go public because Barnes didn’t feel a need to publicize it and saved the kids some embarrassment...but that doesn’t fit your narrative of Barnes being an ******* I don’t guess.
Total BS. And it's your narrative that's usually in question.

Keep up with your own argument. They were both discussed when you discussed “players” Barnes ran off.
You keep up bud. I never mentioned Walker. we were talking Burns.Still waiting on the links or quotes on Burns.

Like I said VQ has made mention of it multiple times, and have said Barnes didn’t see a reason to publicize it so it was never put out there on either kid...but again, that doesn’t fit the narrative of Barnes being an a$$hole and running them off for no reason.

The season is over, so are we ever going to find out the reason Corey Walker didn't play a single minute, in a year that would have still allowed him to play 4 more years at UT ? Was it really just out of shape, doesn't practice hard, slacks on defense or is it a Derrick Walker kinda thing ? Should I expect Corey to hit the portal ? Will UT lose every player off the #4 recruiting class in the nation after one year ?

It’s up to Walker...he needs to work much harder if he wants to be here.

My off season to do list for this roster...

1. Land BHH
2. Return Fulky
3. Add a 40%+3pt guard
4. Add a 4 or 5 man that warrants 20+mpg
Agree, I think these should be priorities. Would love the 3 point guy to be a really good defender as well but that may be asking too much. Need to fix the offense then figure out the D, but I could see us struggling on D a bit on the perimeter.

According to Barttorvik’s highly scientific “Rostercast” aka “the sausage maker” for next year. If we return Fulky and just simply add our signees, we’d rank 28th in his preseason rankings. Add Kessler and we’d be 9th

Pop over to the football forum, where many of the “drive bys” swarm from and I just have to laugh. You’d think that given the complete **** state of our football program people might have more of an appreciation for the basketball program. Too bad. Even if our team doesn’t live up to expectations on the court, I’m proud of the program and culture Barnes has developed
