Holding runners has been an issue all year. That's cost us and will continue to do so. With Tony V and Anderson, if it could be fixed, it would have been by now.
We’ve been watching a lot of classic movies lately as new movies are getting boring. My wife reads a lot and is really into the old books and she has turned me onto the old movies.Auburn is up 5-3 Top of the 9th
Maltese Falcon is a great movie. Hope you and your wife enjoy the night!

Thanks gal, you have a great night as well!
GBO!!
So for those who don't understand the Magic:Magic number is now THREE!
So for those who don't understand the Magic:
Vols are currently 4.5 games ahead of Ark (will be 5 if ark loses tomorrow, 4 if they win) and both teams will play 6 more games after tomorrow. To gain a game Ark has to win AND have us lose. They need to do that scenario 4 times out of the 6 just to tie us (or 5 out of 6 if they lose tomorrow.)
So, every win we have is a wasted opportunity for them to work that "gain a game" scenario. Every loss they have is also a wasted opportunity. Were we to win three games out of our 6, it would be impossible for them to tie. Same if they lose 3 and waste more than two opportunities, since they have to have at least 4 out of 6.
That 3 is the magic number. Any combination of us winning or them losing adding up to 3 means it's mathematically impossible for us not to be champions.
See? Magic.
Can’t wait to get back to LNS on Thursday night! GBO!ARky has 7 games left, and we have 6 (conference). That's a total of thirteen chances for Arky losses or Tennessee wins. Any combination of three losses by them or wins by us gives us the pennant. Gotta like our chances. Also means we can win the pennant this coming weekend at home.
Our house is like a library! Mystery to sci-fi to horror to classic lit to kids books...Thanks Cobb!
I think it’s wonderful that your wife loves old books and movies, and that she’s gotten you into them. I feel the same way about the oldies (both movies and books). My parents got me into them at a young age. Many great ones - they don’t make them like they used to.
By the way, Auburn evened the series with Arkansas 5-3.
