At times, yes he is. But badly inconsistent. Has an elite arm but will never make in the big leagues unless he figures out how to throw more strikes than balls. We are making him look better than he is. I was more impressed by their closer last night.

Vols bats are awesome against not good pitching....but can't hit sh*t vs a good/ great pitcher.

It’s almost like that’s what defines a good/great pitcher… they don’t give up many hits…

UT has 25 strikeouts.

We chase a lot of junk pitches that are balls and the ones right across the plate we let go by or can’t come close to catching up to. Getting drilled by a bunch of future MLB pitchers that have figured out our tendencies.

He looks like a guy that just throws hard. He has bad control. We've gotten on base but we are running this guy out the game because we haven't scored. They can keep pitching this guy because the next reliever is probably a step or two down in talent.
