Our offense has not had a very good game and seems to lack discipline at the plate. Taking first pitch fast balls and swinging at balls off the plate or in the dirt. They have missed several opportunities today

As experienced as we are, our guys have not handled falling behind early well. This is afterall uncharted territory being in the National Championship. Not sure if we can keep asking our defense to hold A&M scoreless.

This really fun team picked a heck of a time to be boring.

A&M’s pitching is red hot right now. Although, I’ll agree that there’s no excuse for loading the bases twice and coming away with nothing. You do that and you won’t win many games.

Vols improved in most all aspects today because kept it close 1-0 except the flaw today is clutch hitting since Aggies have continued to find the solution to end any realistic scoring opportunities today.
