The Official 2025 March Madness Discussion Thread

Honestly mad props to Cal for this season. Making the sweet 16 after an 0-5 SEC start is absolutely incredible.

Maybe this’ll shut the “SEC was overrated” crowd up. Won’t hold my breath, though.
I tried to tell a few of those people that wanted to argue Cal was washed up and couldn't coach.
The guy has the most wins for an active coach in NCAAT history and sets at #5 all time for a reason. You never bet against a coach like that even if he has had a few underwhelming years in NCAA Post season.

The really great thing about him winning today is Kentucky fans are having a melt down. 😅

This is Cal's best coaching job since UMass
 
I said yesterday these two teams probably the most evenly matched so far. This Michigan/A&M is probably going to go back and forth all game.
I think A&M probably scrapes by in the end.

So it’ll be decided by which team makes less critical mistakes, and the team that succeeds making more critical baskets in the second half.
