Losing like this hits reality, especially for seniors. Our players and team are in trouble if we need games like this late in the season. Igor missed the shot but drained a three ball and one. But, he is MIA too often and hasn’t given us the play we all anticipated.
We don’t play at home in the post season. We choke against inferior teams on the road. They’re not freaking out they’re just preparing themselves for what’s about to6th loss in 30 games (all the quality teams) and people freaking out calling this team chokers when they clutched up Saturday against a top 10 team.
While I still about have a heart attack 20 times a game watching Vol teams, I stopped letting their losses affect my mental well-being. At the end of the day, it’s 20yr olds playing a game and there’s a lot to be happy about right now being a Vol fan.Tough game to win on the road against a physical, quality team on their Senior Night. Officiating was terrible. It’s too bad some posters on here turn against our players and coaches when the going gets tough. For the sake of your mental health, find a team that you like and want to support.
Sounds like we have a 4% chance.Doesn't matter at all. Since 2000, only one team has won the natty that finished the regular season outside of Ken Pom's top 21 in offensive and defensive efficiency and that was UCONN in 2014. Tennessee is 27th in offensive effeciency, so none of this even matters, they statistically have no chance
