Honestly…a team shooting damn 50% from 3 and the fouls being called heavy one way allowed them to have the run to get that lead.

We HALF to get more from the bench, talent and depth is there they gotta produce.

Gainey, Mashack, Freddie or whoever gets time. Gotta offer some points. Even with Awaka’s 6 we only had 11 from bench, really would like to see us at 20+

Hopefully Gainey gets out of his funk soon.

We got killed on 'bench points' against Miss. State.

Gainey has been terrible all season. I had high hopes for him--he looks and plays like a shooter, but he can't make any shots. He's been a disaster.

I don’t think we are a best team. Probably around 15ish would be more accurate imo.

Can you be specific as to why you think that? For starters name the 14 you feel are better plus why each team is better

He certainly played solid D late in that game.

Every game. He would possibly be the best defensive player on 90% of teams in the country but may be the 3rd or 4th best defender on his own team! His effort is terrific

This wouldn't have been a horrible loss.

They were 2-0 in the SEC and had won 10 straight coming into this game. They are easily one of the better teams, surprisingly, in the SEC this year.

I don't think they will be much better than a 9 and 9 conference team. They have wins over Arkansas that looks weak this year and Mizzou the same.

Zieglar turned the ball over too many times today but his defense down the stretch was suffocating and game changing. We don't complete that comeback without him.

He and Dalton are our best pieces right now.

Same in the Kansas game. This board was in hysterics over his turnovers and struggles on the offensive end. They failed to realize his defense single-handedly kept us in the game.

There is a reason Coach Barnes runs him ragged. He is the heart of our defense.
