To be fair to Strong, he's still picking up the pieces from Steve Kragthorpe's three-year reign of terror at Louisville. I've seen few head coaches who were as blatantly incompetent as Krags.

I actually like Strong, I was just making the point that no candidate is perfect.

Their defense is very smallish. I can see why. Very hard to gauge just how well his success at Louisville would translate here, but he was a very good DC for Florida, under Meyer, and can recruit the state of Florida very well. So I'd take Strong over Fedora any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

If were aiming for guys on this level I'd much rather go for Strong. he's managed the same 10-2 regular season best as fedora, in less time, in a better conference. Also looking at UNCs schedule they seem to have had the ame problem we had, they gave up alot of points. Strong is a D minded coach which is exactly what we need. We don't need another guy that can put together an offense but can't put together a defense, fedoras not gonna be able to outscore opponents when his offense is getting mauled by SEC defenses and his defense cant stop SEC offenses.
Fedora is just Dooley2.0 waiting to happen.

No clue. Im not buyin he turned down an interview,im pretty sure he will interview if called. I havnt heard anything on fedoras side either. Gotta lot of friends who are good friends with his son though.

Hard to tell. Harts not givin us ****. That guy may be right, but im not buyin it until i hear from my sources,heart, or fedora
