The Official Tennessee @ South Carolina Weekend Series Thread (Fri. 7PM EST SEC NET+) (Sat. 2PM EST & 1 Hour after first game completion SEC NETWORK)

The horse races are jinxed this year-- all those deaths in the Kentucky Derby, then a horse fell in the Preakness (not the main derby) and had to be euthanized, then one of the leaders (may have been the winner?) bumped it's head. If I had a horse I loved, I probably wouldn't be racing it this year. Just creepy.

I think 8
SEC Baseball Tournament Tiebreakers

2. Three-Team Tie (or more). The following procedure will be used in the following order until the tie is broken: (Note: If the three tied teams have three different records against each other, they shall be seeded in best-percentage order.) Otherwise, once the tie has been reduced to two teams, the two-team tiebreaker procedure will be used.

A. If all three teams are common opponents: Total won-lost percentage of games played among the tied teams.

B. Won-lost percentage of the tied teams versus the No. 1 seed and proceeding through the No. 12 seed, if necessary, using common opponents only.

C. If three or more teams still are tied, the Commissioner will conduct a draw.
We lost to the swine

I think we play at 1730 local time

We're talking about the Braves game that's supposed to be on a Spanish Fox station.

Most cable systems stream two different versions of a broadcast network so they can offer, a spanish or english version with and without a couple of types of closed captions. Usually near the high end of the channel line up are where they put the mirrored version with diff audio.

Relieved to get home and see that we won.

Sure hope though that the lucky charm wasn't that no station in my earshot was carrying the game today! A good audiobook isn't as good when you know the game is playing somewhere...

Prostates rule! Gonna ride 'em all the way to Omaha!

Yeah, I've seen the news about all that bad stuff that happened.

IMO, Tennessee should host out of respect for the fact that they had the toughest SEC schedule playing LSU, Arkansas, Florida, Vanderbilt and South Carolina.

3 of those were on the road

They were 8-7 in those games which doesn't sound impressive, but the amount of teams that could play 15 games against those teams and end up with a winning record is few.
