Lavelle Hawkins has been resigned. I'm good with that. He's a good option as #4 WR.
Titans sign Lavelle Hawkins to multi-year deal | ProFootballTalk
Branch? Uh no thanks.Britt is the Number 1 wr who in your opinion is the 2nd best and 3rd best wr for the Titans?
Williams got thrown to more, and showed how underrated he is after Britt got injured.
With Stability at QB Washington had a fantastic season.
Wes Welker, and Deion Branch are free agents.
If Branch does not resign with Pats I hope the Titans could sign him.

Tennessee Titans' Akeem Ayers works to improve before second NFL season | The Tennessean | tennessean.com
Would like to see Ayers improve. He was solid but not spectacular as a rookie.
Also, Football Outsiders say the Titans' biggest need is DE. Surprise, surprise.

It is until they cut 2 of their starting DBs; then it's going to have to be CB or S
I missed this, but Terry McCormick mentioned on Twitter that the Titans have begun negotiations to retain Jason Jones. Resign JJ, move him back to DT, and I give the move a huge thumbs up. JJ, Casey, Klug, and Marks could make DT position the Titans' deepest position group, and then they can focus on DE help. Think about how crazy their interior pass rush could be with Klug and JJ on 3rd down...
I want to resign JJ regardless of his position, but am lukewarm to him staying at DE. DT is JJ's best position, Jerry Gray. Move him back!
Was Jones playing DT in the 2010 season?
Yes. He was playing so well Peter King named him a mid-season All Pro at DT. He got dinged up and tailed off in the second half of the season, but he was better inside than out. JMO, of course. Maybe he'll figure the whole DE thing out if he's resigned and stays out there, though.
Wouldn't happen, but I'd like to see them draft a DE in the 1st and Janzen Jackson in the 2nd. With JJ's off the field issues, though, it's highly unlikely. And predicting individual draft picks is pointless, anyway, especially past the first couple of picks.
Why not take JJ in a later round? Do you really think he'll go in the 2nd?
These big name college players that have problems, or aren't expected to pan out in the NFL usually do wind up going surprisingly high, though. Like Tebow. I guess people that want them are just afraid someone will scoop them up first. But still, 2nd round?
Don't know if anyone else heard this, but Rob Bironas was on 102.5 the other day in Nashville. It was a pretty good interview, but one part definitely stuck out: he claimed to have made four 75-yard field goals in a row at a practice facility in Reno, Nevada in 2003.
Do you guys think that's a legit claim, or was he just messing around with the hosts?
