If I was Jim Bob I would want to come to Tennessee. The offense is stacked compared to Detroit. Detroit doesn’t have a quality RB option and the OLine looked horrible all season. Hard to fix that in one draft.

Didn't see it posted but Kerry Coombs is leaving OSU to join Vrabel. Coached secondary and special teams at OSU but they expect him to coach the secondary here.

Detroit’s passing game is better than any kind of offense Tennessee could think Up. The advantage is definitely staying at Detroit than entertaining coming to Tennessee

By the numbers he is a decent hire. Far from earth-shattering, but we could do far worse. Having said that, Ravens fans hated him (prevent defense syndrome) and he’s almost 70. Might as well have hung onto Lebeau if this is the route you were going.
